My Sunday Ritual
Good morning,
Waking up in the late morning, I didn’t do as much as I’d like to. I stayed in the bed and scrolling down on Pinterest for some inspiration and motivation. Since it is Sunday, I decided to get creative with my Sunday To-Do List and I shared it on the Instagram story. It’s nice to push myself to stay motivated to experiment and find the sweet spot for the sake of my life!
I got inspired by the themed and the color mood I was going for then I designed the list:
- Make a List For Monday
- Journaling + Written Content
- E-Mails + Mails Letters
- Plan My Calendar
- Start Basic Meal Prep
- Tidy Up
- Facetime Catch-Up Time
- Zoom Meeting
- Relax
- and most important of all, get to bed early.
I am still adapting my laptop-style and I am no more than to admit that I still haven’t got it right just yet. Sundays are usually my relax day and I usually don’t go hard on myself, however, I can get too lazy if I don’t have the right structure. It is not too late to change the habits that you would like to work on.
For example, in the morning, I wasn’t feeling like getting up and start doing but at the same time I knew I needed to make sure I am catching up on the errands I need to do. It starts with Pinterest, I would scrolling down for a motivation and inspiration. That gives me an idea and an excuse to go on Instagram and to make it useful. I designed the Sunday To-Do List and shared it on stories. Hopefully, that would help me stay motivated writing the blog post.
I try to catch up all the emails and letters I need to write back. I review and plan the weekly agenda. I cannot do everything at once each day when it comes to cooking, so I am starting the basic meal prep. Once, I am done with the basic meal prep, I start to tidy everything up in the kitchen and around the house. I remind myself that I need to stay contact with my dear friends via social media or FaceTime. Sunday is also a day where I go on Zoom for meeting. Once I am statsifed with the whole day, I rest by watching a movie or tv shows with a hot tea. Get ready for the night time.
