Donna's Diary,  Personal Growth

My 27th Birthday Reflection

The only thing that mattered to me was to live to the fullest of my life. I no longer wanted to suffer. I want to show off my desires and hobbies and grow as much as I go. I invite you to read this journey with me and read this as much as I love writing and creating my own rules as I go in my life. Here are the twenty-seven life lessons I want to share with you.

The day I turned twenty-seven, I wanted to take some time to share my thoughts about the life lessons I have learned.

1. Keep a documentary of your life. Whatever it be journaling, blogging, vlog, social media platform. I keep mine in my journal daily. It is nice to be able to go back and review your life.

2. How do you know what you like and what you don’t like? Experiment, explore, experience, and examine your journey, especially if you do not know what do you want from your life.

3. Self-love is the best answer to everything. Seek additional bits of help such as meeting your first therapist, write ten things you love about yourself, selflessly invest in your self-care products, or film to share and show off you and your self-care/self-love routine.

4. Powerful mantra is powerful when used correctly. I love to write my favorite mantra, “My dream life, career, and incomes are possible. I make my money work for me. I have, plans and it is in motion. I will make it happened no matter what,” in my journal.

5. Self-awareness makes everything much lighter on your plate, and the world goes round in your favor once you accepted the fact that you are the only one who has complete control of your own life.

6. You make mistakes? That’s OK but think carefully about how many mistakes you will make before you finally breakthrough? Does it align with your goals? How bad do you want to avoid the mistakes next time?

7. MONEY + FINANCE is the financially responsible you’re going to want to get your hand on as soon as possible. I mean, there’s nothing wrong with planning your retirement at 23-year-old Well, I started at a different time and realized how much it would make another if I just started earlier.

8. Take time to reflect on your life plan, your goals, your 2021 vision, and so on. It is essential to know that your goals aren’t going to do anything by themselves. Life gets easier when you know your plans well.

9. That day when you realized you know nothing when you finally opened your eyes to more expansive water in the ocean. That moment like that hits me hard.

10. Understand you are responsible for your destiny and future. That means trying new things like challenging yourself to 30 things to do before you turn 30.

11. Don’t be afraid to express your emotions. Get it out of your chest, seriously. You’reYou’re able to process your feelings as long as you’re communicating with yourself and learn that you’re not the only one. Find the right person, a group to share the mindlike.

12. Travel. Explore your local cities. Travel as much as you can. Learn the spots what this ancient world has to offer for us.

13. Spend time in the positive words, positive vibe, and positive thinkings.

14. Develop your routines and stick to them. I discovered that I stayed focused and productive when I stuck to my morning routines rather than waking up 30-40 minutes before the day started.

15. Give yourself time. That’s the most challenging part for me because I’d love to have it right away when I want something. It takes some time to expand your skills and experiences. When you expect something significant result, know it takes time to get there.

16. Planning and Orgazinging are your best friends. Take some time to expand and grow your planning and organizing skills. Heck, even if you’re already good at it, stay top of it.

17. Do take time to get to know yourself better. The chances that you think you do, you don’t. It is essential to know that you’re not the only one who is unsure what to do with your life.

18. Read. Read more, and read more.

19. Get working on your weaknesses and make them better.

20. Sometimes, letting go is the best answer.

21. Learn to fight against your inner negative voice because you matter. Unexpected situations, unexpected events, unexpected behavior, or anything that can harm you in any way on a physical, mental, or emotional level means something to you.

22. Start to pay attention to specific patterns whenever it is negative or positive.

23. Learn how to be truly alone. Go on dates with yourself. Be creative with how you would want to plan a self-care day. Spend more time with your hobbies.

24. Support system and supportive people are lovely. There were stages and times of my life where I lack having a support system. It can be overwhelming when you cannot ask for help from family or friends.

25. Smile. Smile more often.

26. Life gets better when you learned to stay humble and work on yourself instead. One of my favorite quotes from John Templeton is, “It is nice to be important, but it is important to be nice.”

27. Life’s most important lessons are the ones you learn the hard way.
